The present invention relates to a method for the detection and qualitative and quantitative differentiation of naturally deuterated molecules.n n n This process is characterized in that: a) a standard is prepared by mixing a commercial hydrocarbon product with its artificially deuterated analog; b) this standard is introduced into a measurement cell of the NMR analysis apparatus; c) the product to be analyzed is added to the cell, and d) the cell is introduced into the NMR apparatus and the spectrum of deuterium is recorded which is compared to the NMR spectrum (D) of products of geographic provenance and known chemical and / or biochemical sources, previously produced with the same standard.n n n Application, in particular to the detection of chaptalization of wines. |
