abstract R, und R 2 gleich oder verschieden sind und jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Fluoratom oder ein Chloratom bedeuten, R 3 ein Wasserstoffatom oder einen Phenylrest darstellt, R 4 ein Wasserstoffatom oder einen 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome enthaltenden Alkylrest bedeutet und R 5 ein Wasserstoffatom, einen 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome enthaltenden Alkylrest, einen Cyclohexylrest oder einen Phenylrest darstellt, mit der Maßgabe, daß mindestens einer der Substituenten R 3 , R 4 und R, von Wasserstoff verschieden ist, und deren Salze mit physiologisch unbedenklich Säuren, sind pharmakologisch wirksame Substanzen. Indanyl derivatives of the general formula I wherein R and R 2 are identical or different and each represent a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or a phenyl radical, R 4 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms and R 5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a cyclohexyl radical or a phenyl radical, with the proviso that at least one of the substituents R 3 , R 4 and R is different from hydrogen, and their salts with physiologically acceptable acids, are pharmacologically active substances.
