abstract | The invention relates to azolyl-pyrrolidinones of the formula <IMAGE> and their acid addition salts and metal salt complexes, where R1 and R2 are identical or different alkyl radicals having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R3 and R4 are identical or different substituents with the meaning hydrogen, alkyl with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms and halogen, A represents a keto group, represents a functional derivative of a keto group and represents an alcoholic group of the formula = CH-OH, E represents a nitrogen atom or the> = CH group means X represents substituents selected from the group of the halogens, the cyano and the nitro groups, the alkyl groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the substituted alkyl groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the cycloalkyl groups with 3 to 6 carbon atoms, the alkoxy group with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the alkylthio groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the alkylsulfonyl groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the acyloxy groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms toms and the optionally substituted phenyl and pheoxy groups and n is 0 or an integer from 1 to 5. The compounds according to the invention have fungicidal properties. |
