titleOfInvention N-oxalyl derivatives of n-methyl carbamates, process for their preparation and their use as pesticides
abstract Aryl N-oxalyl-N-methyl-carbamates of the general formula <IMAGE> (I) in which X represents an alkoxy, alkenoxy, alkinoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, alkenylthio, alkinylthio or arylthio radical, each of which may be optionally substituted or represents a radical of the general formula -N R3R4, wherein R3 and R4 are identical or different and represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or aryl radical, each of which may be optionally substituted, or the radicals R3 and R4, together with the N atom to which they are bonded, form an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring, and R1 represents an aryl radical which is optionally substituted, are novel and find use as pesticides, especially for combating insects, acarids and nematodes.
