The subject of the present invention is a process for the separation of the immunoglobulins present in the colostrum, characterized in that a colostrum milk or a colostrum serum is subjected to fractionation by electrophoresis, the fraction enriched in immunoglobulins is recovered, then subjects this fraction enriched in immunoglobulins to fractionation by ion exchange chromatography. |
