The pacemaker comprises means for keeping a signal subordinate to the presence of the state of tachycardia, when the time interval separating two successive actions in the atrium is less than a predetermined value, and switching means (FIGS. 3a and 3b) returning the first means to a state of no signal emission when since the last signal appeared, actuating the input circuit for the signals to be received in the atrium has elapsed at least one time interval, greater than the aforementioned time interval, without a signal pulse having been received in the atrium. |
