titleOfInvention URETHROSCOPE WITH CONTINUOUS LIQUID FLOW.
abstract A continuous flow urological endoscopy device comprising an endoscope (12) having a treatment device (35) mounted so as to be able to perform a reciprocating movement. In order to allow the circulation of a fluid inside and outside a body cavity for the purpose of washing, a distribution conduit (41) brings a clear pressurized irrigation fluid inside. from the body cavity via the open end of the endoscope sheath (22). A return duct (45) extracts the cloudy fluid from inside the body cavity. An inlet orifice (47) of the return duct (45) is positioned inside the sheath (22) towards the front at a substantial axial distance from the objective lens (31) of a telescope ( 26), and is space radially from the axis of the lens (31). The return inlet orifice (47) directs the cloudy fluid forwards by moving it away from the objective lens (31) so as to continuously remove the cloudy fluid from the field of vision of the lens. the object (31). A pressure sensing device (18) is mounted inside the sheath (22) and is used to sense the pressure of the fluid inside the body cavity.
