Verbindungen, welche ein asymmetrisches C-Atom aufweisen, können als Racemate, als reine Enantiomere bzw. als Gemische mit verschiedenen Anteilen der Enantiomeren vorliegen. Alle Verbindungen können jeweils in Form der freien Basen oder der Säureadditionssalze vorliegen. The invention relates to new heterocyclic compounds of the general formula their manufacture and use. In formula I mean R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are hydrogen, halogen, alkyl- or alkoxy each having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 5 is hydrogen, alkyl with 1 to 6 C atoms or alkenyl with 3 to 6 C atoms, R 6 is alkyl with 1 to 6 C atoms, alkenyl with 3 to 6 C atoms, a phenyl radical optionally substituted with halogen, alkyl or alkoxy groups or an optionally substituted phenylalkyl radical with the partial formula where R 1 'and R 2 ' can have the same meanings as R 1 and R 2 , but need not be identical to each of them, and n represents one of the integers 0 to 4, X represents O, S or CH 2 and the dashed line means the presence of either a single or a double bond. Compounds which have an asymmetric carbon atom can exist as racemates, as pure enantiomers or as mixtures with different proportions of the enantiomers. All compounds can be in the form of the free bases or the acid addition salts. n n n The new compounds show antiallergic, antihistaminergic and antiserotonic effects and can therefore be used as pharmaceuticals.
