METHOD FOR ELECTRODEPOSITION COATING OF PALLADIUM AND PALLADIUM ALLOYS. |
abstract |
Method of coating by electrodeposition of palladium alloys allowing a fast and efficient plating and producing ductile and adherent palladium films. The coating bath (13) comprises a unique complex of palladium and an aliphatic polyamine, the latter having 3 to 20 carbon atoms and which may have at least one substituent selected from hydrogen, a hydroxide, a chloride and a bromide. The bath is very stable and does not act negatively on the base material (11) subjected to plating. |
