titleOfInvention | Drive mechanism for metallurgical vessels, in particular for steel making converters |
abstract | In such a tilt drive, the large gear is rotatably arranged within a housing on the pivot pin supporting the housing, in addition, reduction gears are assigned to the large gear which are prevented from rotating about the output shaft, the gear pinions of which are fixed on the output shaft in engagement with the large gear; brakes that can be switched on and off are also provided.n n n The division of the driving force into several small partial driving forces leads to control problems of the electric motors, since the driven pinions each have to transmit their partial driving force synchronously to the large gear. Partial drive forces are transmitted both in dynamic and static operation of the drive, where static operation means supporting forces from unbalance and vibrations. The dynamic operation generates vibrations that are caused by the tooth play on the large gear, the pinion and the tooth play between the gears of the reduction gears. Regulation or control of the individual electric motors is out of the question because the required technical outlay does not justify the result. In order to mechanically protect the tilt drive for metallurgical vessels in dynamic operation from natural vibrations and also mechanically design the drive so that it can also be protected from external vibrations in static operation. is being proposed. that between each shaft (6, 6; 6a, 6a; 6b, 6b; 6c, 6c) at least two reduction gears (4,5) forming a differential gear one the two shafts (6,6; 6a, 6a; 6b, 6b ; 6c, 6c) with a fixed or adjustable distance (32) connecting torque compensation device (25) is provided, which consists of a train. Pressure link (29) is formed, the tension-compression link (29) consisting of a rod (30) that can be subjected to tensile and compressive forces. To avoid vibrations in static operation, it is provided that the torque is off. same device (25) is combined with a fixing device (31) for the pinion (7) in relation to the large gear (2). |
