abstract | Agents for combating helminths in animals containing as active component a synergistic combination of active ingredients. The active ingredient combination consists of the individual compounds of formula 1 and Formula II in which R 1 is the group -NH-COO-R 3 , in which R 3 is an alkyl radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, preferably methyl, R 2 is an alkyl radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, preferably n-propyl, or optionally by halogen or Alkyl substituted phenyl, preferably unsubstituted phenyl, and X represents the atoms S or 0 or SO, including the acid addition salts of the compounds covered by the formula II.n n n The synergistic agents are used to control helminths, especially nematodes, in animals. The active substance combinations can be administered to the animals orally, by injection or by means of the pour-on method, both as an additive to the feed and the drinkers and in preparations with customary carriers in solid or liquid form. |
