Method of vaporizing a pure liquid in indirect heat exchange with a warmer fluid, by circulation of the liquid by gravity along an exchange surface (1).n n n The vapor formed is caused to flow in the same direction (6) as the liquid (4), and the liquid flow rate is adjusted according to the heat input through the exchange surface so that at the the less the major part of the liquid has already been vaporized when the remaining liquid reaches the bottom of the exchange surface.n n n Application to heat exchanges involving a fluid available in low volume. |
