titleOfInvention Fermentor with floating capacities
abstract The present invention is in the field of transformation of organic materials by microbial route for the production of combustible gas and it relates to a fermenter of the type in which containers of the fermentable material circulate in a closed fermentation enclosure. According to the present invention, said containers are floating capacities (5), called "barges" intended to float on the water contained in said enclosure, conformed to a "basin". From where it results in particular a considerable simplification of the structure of the containers and the enclosure, a minimal expenditure of energy for the displacement of the containers, and a very great reliability of operation, since the unit comprises a minimum of organs mechanical. Applications in particular to the production of combustible gas from manure, slurry or other agricultural waste.
