abstract Diacrylate and dimethacrylate esters correspond to the formula: (FORMULA) where R and R 'represent hydrogen or methyl and A represents either a bond ((Alpha)), a radical (CH2) n or n is a number integer which can vary from 1 to 4, either phenylene or its alkyl derivative. The new bifunctional olefin monomers containing adamantane can then be polymerized, or copolymerized with other olefinic monomers of the acrylic type to produce polymers with unusual physical properties, namely an unusual hardness, an inertia to degradable agents and resistance to heat.
