PROCESS FOR PRODUCING STIMULATING SUBSTANCES FOR FISH. |
abstract |
The process for producing stimulants for fish involves treating animal plankton with acid with a pH of 2 to 3 so that the proteins are specifically hydrolyzed and catalyzed by added enzymes such as pepsin, after which the pH is adjusted to approximately 8, the hydrolysis of proteins continuing and being catalyzed by enzymes of the trypsin type. The stimulants produced are used as a mixture with artificial fish bait. |
