abstract (a) in wäßrigen Tensidsystemen lösliche oder mikroemulgierbare, polymere Ammoniumsalze, die durch Wasser-in-ÖI-Emulsionspolymerisation oder Lösungspolymerisation eines quaternären Ammoniumsalzes der Acrylsäurereihe und gegebenenfalls mindestens eines weiteren Monomeren auf Acrylbasis erhältlich sind und die eine Molekulargewichtsverteilung von 10 4 bis 10 9 aufweisen, wobei das Molekulargewicht von mindestens 5 Gewichtsprozent des Polymerisats 10 7 bis 10 9 beträgt, und (b) ein nicht-ionisches Tensid oder ein Tensid mit intramolekular je einer positiven und negativen Ladung enthalten, sind als kosmetische Mittel, insbesondere als Haarkosmetika verwendbar, wobei das erfindungsgemäß behandelte Haar eine ausgezeichnete Trocken- und vor allem Naßkämmbarkeit aufweist. Mixtures that (a) Polymeric ammonium salts which are soluble or microemulsifiable in aqueous surfactant systems and which can be obtained by water-in-oil emulsion polymerization or solution polymerization of a quaternary ammonium salt of the acrylic acid series and, if appropriate, at least one further acrylic-based monomer and which have a molecular weight distribution of 10 4 to 10 9 , wherein the molecular weight of at least 5 percent by weight of the polymer is 10 7 to 10 9 , and (b) contain a non-ionic surfactant or a surfactant with intramolecular positive and negative charges, can be used as cosmetic agents, in particular as hair cosmetics, wherein the hair treated according to the invention has excellent dry and, above all, wet combability.
