Liquid formulations of copper-containing dyes, containing a dye in the form of the free acid of the formula corresponds to, dissolved in water, and enough alkyl or alkanolamine to adjust the pH of the liquid formulation to 6.5 to 8.5, the dye being present as an alkyl or alkanolamine salt. These new liquid formulations represent concentrated, real solutions that are stable for several months at temperatures between approx. -10 ° C and + 60 ° C and can be mixed with cold and warm water in any ratio. They are particularly suitable for dyeing and printing paper, including semi-cardboard boxes and cardboard boxes, it being possible for these materials to be colored, for example in bulk, by brushing or by dipping. |
