titleOfInvention | Anti-tumor agent |
abstract | Polymers containing carboxamide groups of the general formulas I and II are anti-tumor agents with a wide therapeutic range. Mean in it X = H or C₁-C₄ alkyl, particularly preferably H and CH₃; R₁ and R₂ may be the same or different and H is an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group with 1-10 carbon atoms, the sum of the carbon atoms in the radicals R₁ and R₂ is preferably ≦ 11, and R₁ and R₂ is an alkylene group with 3-5 C atoms or -CH₂-CH₂-O-CH₂-CH₂-, and n is a number from 7 to 500, and in which R₁ and R₂ may be the same or different and H, an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group with 1 - 10 C atoms, preferably H or C₁ - C₄-alkyl, and R₁ and R₂ an alkylene group with 3-5 C atoms, and n is a number from 7 to 500. |
