abstract The invention relates to a process for obtaining stable dispersions in an aqueous phase D of at least one liquid phase L immiscible with water. In this process, a dispersion is prepared in the aqueous phase D of spherules consisting of concentric lipid sheets, the liquid phase L is added to this dispersion and the whole is subjected to stirring to disperse phase L in phase D. L The invention also relates to the dispersions obtained according to this process.
