Pure phosphatidylcholine can be obtained from alcoholic oil-containing phosphatide solutions by first adding 5 to 30% water to these solutions, whereupon the resulting oil sediment is separated off and the phosphatidylcholine is then isolated in a known manner from the aqueous alcohol phase. |
