titleOfInvention Process for increasing the solubility of aromatic systems
abstract The invention relates to a method for increasing the solubility of polycyclic, homocyclic or heterocyclic, aromatic systems in organic solvents or in an organic matrix. The process according to the invention is characterized in that one or more tert.-alkyl groups having 4 to 20 carbon atoms are introduced into the polycyclic or heterocyclic aromatic system in a manner known per se. 1 to 5 tert-alkyl groups are preferably used. Preferred tert-alkyl groups are the tert-butyl groups or the tert-amyl groups.
