R 2 Wasserstoff oder Methyl Y einen zweiwertigen gerad- oder verzweigtkettigen organischen Rest mit 2 bis 30, vorzugsweise 2 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise eine Gruppe der Formel -(Y 1 ) m -(Y 2 ) n -(Y 3 )t -, in welcher Y 1 , Y 2 und Y 3 für eine Alkylengruppe oder den Rest eines cyclischen Ringsystems mit 5 oder 6 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen, und die Summe von m, n und t 2 oder 3 beträgt, und X Wasserstoff oder den Rest eines Amins der Formel -N(R 4 ) (R 5 ), wobei R 4 und R 5 für Alkylreste mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Cycloalkylreste mit 3 - 6 C-Atomen stehen, bedeuten und in Formel I' R 1 und R 2 die gleiche Bedeutung wie in Formel I hat R 6 bzw. R' Alkylgruppen, vorzugsweise niedere Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen, insbesondere Methyl-oder Arylgruppen sein können oder zusammen einen aliphatischen Ring, insbesondere den Cyclopentyl- oder Cyclohexylring bilden n eine Zahl von 0 bis 10 ist und X die gleiche Bedeutung wie in Formel 1 hat, oder eine Ammoniumgruppe der allgemeinen Formel IVn bedeutet, wobei R 3 Wasserstoff oder einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellt, R 4 bzw.
