titleOfInvention N,n-dimethyl-0-(4,6-dihydro-2h-thieno(3,4-c)pyrazol-3-yl)carbamates and their 5-oxides and 5,5-dioxides, process for their preparation and their use in pest combating agents
abstract The present invention relates to (1) new N, N-dimethyl-0- (4,6-dihydro-2H-thieno [3,4-C] pyrazol-3-yl) carbamic acid esters and their 5-oxides and 5,5-dioxides of the formula in which represents optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl and n is zero, 1 or 2; (2) a process for their preparation, characterized in that 4,6-Dihydro-2H-thieno [3,4-c] 3-hydroxy-pyrazoles or their 5-oxides or 5,5-dioxides of the formula II carbamoylated, or in the case of compounds of the formula (I) in which n is 1 or 2, compounds of the formula (I) in which n is zero are oxidized. The invention further relates to (3) new 4,6-dihydro-2H-thieno [3,4-c] 3-hydroxy-pyrazoles and their 5-oxides and 5,5-dioxides of the formula II and (4) a process for their manufacture The new N, N-dimethyl-0- (4,6-dihydro-2H-thieno [3,4-c] - pyrazol-3-yl) carbamic acid esters and their 5-oxides and 5,5-dioxides of the formula ( I) are characterized by high pesticidal, in particular insecticidal activity.
