The invention relates to a process for the attachment of at least one group chosen from alkyl radicals, linear or branched with 1 to 12 carbon atoms and aralkyl and cycloalkyl radicals in which the alkyl residue has between 1 and 4 atoms of carbon. and this, by substitution, on a carbon chain carrying a stable functional group and comprising at least one proton in position a with respect to this functional group, process according to which in a first stage, this carbon chain is reacted with a complex base consisting of a mixture of an alkali metal amide and an alkali metal alcoholate suspended in an anhydrous organic solvent, so as to give rise temporarily to a carbanion, then, in a second step, this carbanion in an anhydrous organic solvent with an alkyl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl halide corresponding to the substituent to be attached. |
