titleOfInvention Method of testing the inactivity of inoculates and harmlessness of blood products as well as the activity of chemotherapeutics or disinfectants against virus hepatitis and method for isolation of hepatitis virus antigen
abstract To test the inactivation of vaccines and the harmlessness of blood products as well as the effectiveness of chemotherapeutic agents or disinfectants against viral hepatites, squirrels (Tupaia belangeri) are used as an animal model. The antibody determinations are carried out for virus hepatitis type A for a period of 150 days, for virus hepatitis type B for a period of 60 days at certain intervals.
