titleOfInvention | Indolizine derivatives, process for their preparation and their therapeutical use |
abstract | New indolizine derivatives, their preparation process and their therapeutic applications.n n n The invention relates to new indolizine derivatives of general formula: in which R represents an alkyl radical, linear or branched having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a phenyl group or a phenyl group bearing one or two substituents, identical or different chosen from halogen atoms, for example fluorine, chlorine and bromine and among lower alkyl and lower alkoxy groups, for example methyl and methoxy and X 1 , X 2 and X 3 , which are identical or different, each represent hydrogen, chlorine, bromine or methoxy, provided that when they are identical, X 1 , X 2 and X 3 are not simultaneously hydrogen.n n n These derivatives have an inhibiting activity of xanthine oxidase and adenosine deaminase as well as uricosuric activity.n n n They can be used in particular in the treatment of physiological disorders consecutive to an excess of uric acid, disturbances of the immune system and as antiparasitic agents. |
