Die erhaltenen Kondensationsprodukte sind wertvolle Zwischenprodukte für die Herstellung von Flammhemmitteln. Ausserdem können sie als Thermosolierhilfsmittel für die Applikation optischer Aufheller dienen. Condensates from adducts of phosphites and propen-2-ols, these condensates being obtained by reacting phosphites of the general formula I in which n numbers from 1 to 6, r numbers from 1 to n, R 1 is an alkyl radical and Z n is an n-valent radical, at from 80 to 180 ° C., in the presence of peroxides 0.7 to 2.2 moles of propen-2-ols of the general formula II per hydrogen phosphide compound, where R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are hydrogen or methyl.
