Surgical or dental instruments from which driving, cooling or rinsing fluids come out, are kept sterile by exposing the fluids between the tank thereof and the outlet of the instrument to oxydising mean which kill the germs during the passage of the flow and act as an antigerm barrier. Further, the fluids at the vicinity of the tank and the instruments during the storing thereof may be exposed to other oxydising means. The oxydising means may be microwaves, appropriate liquid, solid or gases oxydation means, as well as anodic oxydation devices. |
