Antimycotic agent, characterised in that it contains at least one fluorinated 1-triazolyl-butane derivative of the general formula I see diagramm : EP0019130,P10,F2 in which Az represents 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl or 1,2,4-triazol-4-yl, B represents the keto group or the CH(OH)-grouping, X represents hydrogen or fluorine, Z represents halogen, alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, nitro, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl with 1-4 carbon atoms in the alkyl part or phenyl which is optionally substituted by halogen, and n represents 0, 1, 2 or 3, and/or physiologically acceptable acid addition salts and/or metal complexes thereof. |
