abstract | a) 40 bis 90 Gew.-% mindestens einer in Wasser schwer löslichen bis unlöslichen Wirksubstanz mit einer mittleren Teilchengrösse unter 5 µm, b) 10 bis 60 Gew.-% mindestens eines wasserlöslichen Salzes eines Säureharzes und c) O bis 50 Gew.-% weitere Zusätze, wie Dispergiermittel, Netzmittel oder Coupagemittel oder ein Gemisch davon. A highly concentrated, finely dispersed, low dispersant or free preparation dispersible in aqueous media contains: a) 40 to 90% by weight of at least one active substance which is sparingly soluble or insoluble in water and has an average particle size of less than 5 μm, b) 10 to 60% by weight of at least one water-soluble salt of an acid resin and c) 0 to 50% by weight of further additives, such as dispersing agents, wetting agents or couping agents or a mixture thereof. n n n It is finely dispersed and is in solid form as a powder or granulate.n n n a) Ein Gemisch aus Wirksubstanz(en) und wasserunlöslichem Säureharz wird mit einer Lösung von Alkalien oder Aminen in Wasser oder Lösungsmitteln behandelt und die Flüssigkeit anschliessend entfernt. b) Eln Gemisch aus Wirksubstanz(en) und wasserunlöslichem Säureharz wird den Dämpfen von Ammoniak oder flüchtigen Aminen ausgesetzt. c) Ein Gemisch aus in Wasser feindispergierter Wirksubstanz und einer wässrigen Lösung des Säureharzsalzes wird der Zerstäubungstrocknung unterworfen. The preparation can be made as follows: a) A mixture of active substance (s) and water-insoluble acid resin is treated with a solution of alkalis or amines in water or solvents and the liquid is then removed. b) A mixture of active substance (s) and water-insoluble acid resin is exposed to the vapors of ammonia or volatile amines. c) A mixture of active substance finely dispersed in water and an aqueous solution of the acid resin salt is subjected to spray drying. n n n The preparation can be used as an aqueous or aqueous-organic dispersion. |
