titleOfInvention Process and apparatus for recovering the heat from the vapours generated during the production of beer
abstract The invention relates to a method and a device for utilizing the heat of the vapors produced in the production of beer. As part of the beer preparation, vapor vapor forms during wort boiling, which is drawn off from the brew pan and is often cooled in pan vapor condensers. Only a relatively small part of the vapor waste heat is e.g. used to prepare hot water. In order to be able to use the vapor waste heat completely and without environmental pollution, it is proposed according to the invention to cool the vapors in the heat exchange (6) with the working medium of a closed circulation system in which the working medium heated after the heat exchange (61) relaxes (3) ) and brought to higher pressure (7).
