The invention relates to new N-oxalyl derivatives of N-phenylamino acid (s) (esters), several processes for their preparation and their use as fungicides. The compounds of the general formula in which R ', R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R' have the meaning given in the description are obtained by combining N-phenylamino acid (s) (esters) with chloroglyoxylic acid esters in the presence of a solvent and optionally in the presence of an acid binder and / or in the presence of a catalyst; there are also other synthetic routes. The active compounds according to the invention have a strong microbicidal action and can be used practically to combat unwanted microorganisms. The active ingredients are suitable for use as pesticides. As such, the active compounds according to the invention can be used with particularly good success to combat the pathogen causing late blight in tomatoes and potatoes. It should be particularly emphasized that the active substances according to the invention not only have a protective effect, but are also systematically active. |
