abstract The invention relates to a two-component system for the production of wear-resistant models and tools, in particular for purposes of the foundry industry, its use for the production of wear-resistant models and tools, and the models and tools produced therewith. The aim of the invention is to extend the life of such models and tools, to reduce the manufacturing times and costs and to improve the molding behavior. The two-component system according to the invention is characterized in that the A component comprises at least one linear polypropylene glycol with a molecular weight of 500-3,000 or a tri- or higher-functional polyol with a molecular weight between 200-800, corresponding to a hydroxyl number between 200-800 or mixtures thereof contains a solid or liquid lubricant and conventional reaction accelerators, stabilizers and fillers and the B component contains an aromatic isocyanate or prepolymer thereof.
