abstract | The polymers according to the invention which are crosslinkable under the action of light have azidophthalimidyl groups on the side, which correspond to the formula I (I) correspond. Y is a divalent organic radical. The preparation of these polymers is carried out either by incorporating the azidophthalimidyl grouping into an existing polymer chain or by building polymer chains from monomers which already contain the azidophthalimidyl grouping.n n n Compared to corresponding light-sensitive polymers of the prior art, these new polymers have the advantages that they are even more light-sensitive and also absorb in the long-wave UV range (above 320 nm). |
