Process for producing laminated glass, consisting of n glass plates and n-1 plastic films (n≥2). The method is characterized in that a sandwich (4) is produced by alternately placing a glass plate (8) and a plastic film (10), after having coated the faces of the glass plates or of the plastic film or films intended for constitute glass-plastic interfaces in the sandwich (4), in that there is applied to said sandwich an overpressure less than or equal to 2 bars, and in that simultaneously a temperature T is maintained below the melting temperature of said plastic film ( 10), for a time sufficient to obtain the prepolymerization of said adhesive material (12), and in that said sandwich (4) is maintained at a temperature less than or equal to said temperature T for a time of less than 16 hours. Application to the production of windshields for motor vehicles. |
