titleOfInvention Atomizing nozzle
abstract A spray nozzle for dispensing a liquid under pressure in the form of a spray cloud without the use of propellant gas or an air pump, which is designed in such a way that it enables high spray quality of the product to be atomized with low pressure. This is achieved in that at least two turbulence stages are provided in the hollow interior of the nozzle and that at least one obstacle serving to break up the liquid flowing from the preceding to the subsequent turbulence stage is used between a trubulence stage preceding in the flow direction and directly following it in the side wall of the hollow nozzle interior (18a, 24a) is provided which deflects the flowing liquid out of a flow plane extending through the annular chamber (13) perpendicular to the central axis of the nozzle (MA) in the direction of the nozzle outlet (3) at an angle of up to 90 °.
