The present invention further relates to an acetate salt, an L-lactate salt and a sertraline L-aspartate salt, the pharmaceutical compositions thereof and the methods of using the salt for the treatment of various disorders and conditions. The present invention also relates to the processes for the preparation of sertraline acetate, sertraline L-lactate and sertraline L-aspartate.
