titleOfInvention NON-INORGANIC SALINE SOLUTIONS FOR ENDONASAL ADMINISTRATION
abstract They contain: a) a calcitonin, preferably salmon, as acetate, characterized by also containing organic excipients; b) N- (methyl) -glucamine (meglumine); c) tromethamine; d) citric acid and; e) polyvinylpyrrolidone of the type included between K15 and K20. These are odorless and tasteless and therefore have a better acceptance by patients and do not have the undesirable drawbacks of the known compositions and also allow a thorough and careful analysis of the active ingredient and develop fewer degradation products in the course of storage periods.
