titleOfInvention METHOD OF PREPARATION OF A P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE SUBSTANCE SUBSTITUTED WITH ARYL
abstract A method of preparing an aryl-substituted p-phenylenediamine substance is provided. A structural formula of the aryl-substituted p-phenylenediamine substance is shown as Formula (I'), where R" is phenyl or o-methylphenyl, and R' is the same as or different from R"; and the method of preparation comprises that: a starting material A and a starting material B are reacted in the presence of a hydrogen acceptor and a catalyst to form the aryl-substituted p-phenylenediamine substance, the starting material A has a structure shown as Formula (I), the raw material B is cyclohexanone and/or o-methylcyclohexanone and the hydrogen acceptor is a hydrogen acceptor with the ability to accept hydrogen for conversion to raw material B. According to the preparation method , the raw materials are inexpensive and readily available, and the use of a large amount of water for post-reaction treatment is avoided. Furthermore, a reaction condition is relatively moderate and corrosion for the reaction equipment is prevented. Therefore, the preparation method is environmentally friendly and less polluting, and can achieve better economic benefits.
