Problems to be solved: The present invention provides a preparation that does not substantially feel the stimulus in the oral cavity and in the pharynx and that at the same time maintains excellent elution and rapid disintegration properties in the oral cavity even by keeping under high conditions temperature and high humidity, being a tablet of rapid disintegration in the oral cavity with 2- (3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphenyl) -4-methyl-5-thiazolecarboxylic acid as active ingredient.Solution to the problem: Tablet of rapid disintegration in the cavity Oral containing the particles that are nuclear particles containing 2- (3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphenyl) -4-methyl-5-thiazolecarboxylic acid, coated with the layer containing methacrylic acid copolymer and coated with the layer containing water soluble sugars. |
