titleOfInvention METHOD FOR OBTAINING LIPID MIXTURE AND LIPOSOMAL COSMETIC SERUM IN DRY LYOPHILIZED FORM FOR HAIR CARE AND STRENGTHENING USING THIS LIPID MIXTURE
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing a lipid mixture and a liposomal cosmetic product in the form of dry serum with vitamins in liposomes to strengthen hair based on the said lipid mixture, which has a complex effect on the scalp and can be used in the cosmetic industry and cosmetology. The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the effectiveness of the liposomal cosmetic serum for the care and strengthening of scalp hair, as well as maintaining its activity during storage. The method for obtaining a lipid mixture includes preparing alcohol solutions of phosphatidylcholine, alpha-tocopherol and retinol palminate, as well as a solution of cholesterol in chloroform, mixing these solutions and removing chloroform under vacuum. To remove alcohol and chloroform residues from the lipid mixture, this mixture is subjected to lyophilization in the presence of purified water placed in open containers separately from the alcoholic solution of the lipid mixture on the shelves of the sublimation chamber. Liposomal serum includes a filler and liposomes evenly distributed in it, the shells of which are made from a lipid mixture, and the cores of liposomes include vitamins or vitamins and targeted biologically active additives. The lipid mixture of liposome shells contains phosphatidylocholine, cholesterol, alpha-tocopherol and retinol palminate and is obtained by the claimed method, and the filler is a powder structure and contains lactose monohydrate, sodium chloride and a buffer composition to maintain pH 4.7-7.0.
