abstract | The invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, namely to the pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet containing 2.0-15.0 wt.% Memantine; 1.5-10.0 wt.% Melatonin; 65.0-80.0% by weight of a filler selected from mannitol or a mixture of mannitol with copovidone; 4.0-15.0% by weight of disintegrant selected from crospovidone; 1.0-2.0 wt.% Binder selected from sorbitol; 1.0-2.5% by weight of a sweetener selected from maltitol, sodium saccharinate or a mixture thereof; 0.5-1.0% by weight of a lubricant selected from colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, talc, or mixtures thereof; 1.5-3.0 wt.% Flavor, as well as the method of its production. The invention provides an expansion of the Arsenal of pharmaceutical compositions containing a combination of memantine and melatonin, as well as increasing its stability during storage and dissolution rate. |
