The present invention relates to new selective, radiolabelled ligands of tau proteins, which are suitable for visualizing and quantifying aggregates of tau proteins using positron emission tomography (PET). The present invention is also directed to compositions containing such compounds, to methods for producing such compounds and compositions, to the use of such compounds and compositions for imaging tissue or subject, in vitro or in vivo, and to the precursors of these compounds. |
