titleOfInvention HYDROGEN WATER WITH ENHANCED ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY AND METHODS FOR ITS PREPARATION
abstract The invention relates to medicine, pharmaceutical and food industries and can be used in the production of beverages and cosmetics with antioxidant activity (AOA). Hydrogen water is water enriched with molecular hydrogen. At the same time, AOA appears in the water, and the redox potential (ORP) decreases to negative values. The present invention is to increase the AOA of hydrogen water without any undesirable irritant effects for humans. The problem is solved by obtaining hydrogen water in the form of a composition of water dissolved in it under the pressure of molecular hydrogen and in a low concentration of a food additive — an antioxidant. This composition provides a synergistic effect, manifested in a multiple increase in the AOA of hydrogen water. Hydrogen water can be produced as a beverage in bottles and as a moisturizing and healing antioxidant cosmetic product in aerosol cans, where the propellent gas is hydrogen. Increased AOA of hydrogen water gives it a higher quality and physiological value. High reduction potential makes hydrogen water "alive".
