titleOfInvention BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION FOR CLEANING SOIL AND WATER FROM OIL AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
abstract The invention relates to the field of microbiology, biotechnology and ecology, in particular to the bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil and water. It concerns the receipt of a new biological product "KazBioRem-K" based on active strains of oil destructors Rhodococcus erythreus AT7 and Dietzia maris 22K. Improving the efficiency of cleaning contaminated areas with oil and oil products using biologics with a high content of viable cells of active strains of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms that are easy to use and have a long shelf life is one of the priorities for environmental protection. The technical result is to obtain a stable form of the biological preparation "KazBioRem-K" based on the active strains of oil destructors Rhodococcus erythreus AT7 and Dietzia maris 22K by suspended microorganism biomass in an aqueous solution of 5% glycerol and 10% sodium chloride. This form is stable and can be stored for more than 6 months at low positive temperatures, while the effectiveness of the drug in the processing of oil-contaminated soil is not reduced.
