titleOfInvention METHOD OF TREATING DAMAGES OF THE SUPPORT-MOTOR APPARATUS ASSOCIATED WITH DIAGNOSIS OF BONE INTEGRITY, PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION AND THE APPLICATION OF CHONDROITIN SULPHATE TO ACCELERATE FORMING;
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and concerns the treatment of injuries of the musculoskeletal system associated with impaired bone integrity (cracks and fractures), including those with closed radial fractures, and can be used for more rapid formation of callus with fractures and fissures. A method of treatment of injuries of the musculoskeletal system associated with the violation of the integrity of the bone, a pharmaceutical preparation for its implementation and the use of chondroitin sulfate to accelerate the formation of fibrocartilage callus. According to the invention, chondroitin sulfate is administered from 100 to 200 mg after 1 day, while chondroitin sulfate is administered as soon as possible after the injury has been received, preferably on the day of injury or the next day, preferably after fixing the bone. The peculiarity may lie in the fact that with the 1st injection chondroitin sulfate can be administered 100 mg each, and starting with the 3rd, or 4th, or 5th, or 6th injection, 200 mg each. The general course of treatment may be at least 10-14 injections, and as the object of treatment, along with other types of fractures, a closed fracture of the radial bone can be chosen. The invention allows to expand the Arsenal of the means used, to increase the frequency of formation of callus and to increase the rate of formation of callus due to the acceleration of the appearance of fibrocartilage callus and its mineralization.
