A non-aqueous liquid composition with a dissolved drug, comprising a drug, dioleylphosphatidylcholine, tocopherol and an organic solvent, where the concentration ratio in said mixture between said dioleylphosphatidylcholine and said tocopherol is from 75/25 to 25/75, the concentration of dioleylphosphatidylcholine in the mixture is from 15 to 85 to 85 wt.% (wt./weight.), the concentration of tocopherol in the mixture is from 15 to 85 wt.% (wt./weight.), and the phase of the non-aqueous liquid composition changes to non-layered liquid crystal phases in contact with water, phosphate buffer, body fluid, lacrimal fluid or vitreous fluid. |
