titleOfInvention PREPARATION FOR IMPROVING SPECIAL PRODUCTION IN AGRICULTURAL ANIMALS AND COATS AND MANUFACTURERS AND THE METHOD OF ITS APPLICATION
abstract The invention relates to veterinary medicine. The objective of the invention is the use of a chimeric somatostatin-containing protein to increase sperm production in manufacturers of farm animals and cocks in the form of an injectable preparation with low reactivity of the adjuvant, allowing injections without pain for farm animals and cocks. A preparation for increasing sperm production in producers of farm animals and roosters in the form of a suspension of a chimeric protein with a water-insoluble enzymatically inactive chloramphenicol acetyl transferase without 10 C-terminal amino acids, amino acid spacer (Sp) n, where n = 1, 2, 4, 8 and somatostatin-14 with the sequence amino acids AGCFWKTFTSC in refined vegetable oil with the addition of beeswax. A method for increasing sperm production in producers of farm animals and roosters involves a double subcutaneous injection with an interval of 14 days in the form of a suspension of a chimeric protein with a water-insoluble enzymatically inactive chloramphenicolacetyl transferase without 10 C-terminal amino acids, amino acid spacer (Sp) n, where n = 1, 2, 4, 8 and somatostatin-14 with the amino acid sequence AGCFWKTFTSC in refined vegetable oil with the addition of beeswax to roosters or farm animals upon reaching enii physiological maturity at the rate of 50-200 g of protein per 1 kg body weight.
