abstract | The invention relates to medicine and biology and can be used, in particular, for diagnostic and research purposes to determine the characteristics of the blood coagulation system and its components. The present invention is the study of the spatial dynamics of coagulation factors in the growth of a fibrin clot and assessment of the role of coagulation factors in different phases of the blood coagulation process in a heterogeneous system, which allows to diagnose individual diseases and evaluate the activity of drugs that affect blood coagulation parameters. The problem is solved by creating a method for determining the spatial-temporal distribution of the activity of a proteolytic enzyme in a heterogeneous system, which provides an in vitro system that contains a sample of the test medium selected from the group consisting of blood plasma, whole blood, water, lymph, a colloidal solution, crystalloid solution or gel, and a proteolytic enzyme or its precursor distributed in a sample, add a fluorogenic substrate to the in vitro system, followed by label release when the substrate is cleaved by a proteolytic enzyme, a sample of the medium under study is illuminated at specified time points to excite the fluorescence signal of the label, the spatial distribution of the fluorescence signal of the label in the sample is recorded simultaneously with the illumination at specified time points -time distribution of proteolytic activity |
