titleOfInvention Derivatives of 2- (2,4,5-substituted-anilino) pyrimidine as modulators of EGFR, useful for the treatment of cancer
abstract The present invention relates to certain 2- (2,4,5-substituted anilino) pyrimidine compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, which may be useful in treating or preventing a disease or medical condition mediated by certain mutated forms of the epidermal growth factor receptor (for example, L858R activating mutant, activating deletion mutant in exon 19 and T790M resistant mutant). Such compounds and their salts may be useful in treating or preventing a number of different malignant neoplasms. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds and their salts, particularly useful polymorphic forms of these compounds and salts, intermediate compounds useful in preparing said compounds, and methods for treating diseases mediated by various different forms of EGFR using these compounds and their salts.
